Communication & Branding Fashion-Tech
MixoModa is a fashion-tech startup that supports online retailers by delivering personalized product recommendations through AI-driven solutions. The company operates at the intersection of fashion expertise and AI technology, serving both retail customers and internal product teams.
The Challenge
MixoModa sat at a difficult intersection: Advanced AI and High-Fashion Retail. The challenge was to build a brand identity that felt "Technical enough to trust, but Fashionable enough to buy." The legacy brand was struggling to communicate its sophisticated NLP (Natural Language Processing) capabilities to non-technical fashion executives.

Client Presentation Framework
I acted as the bridge between the Engineering and Marketing departments. By facilitating deep-dive sessions with the NLP and AI product teams, I distilled technical patent-pending logic into a scalable visual narrative. This ensured that high-stakes sales decks spoke both 'Language of Tech' (for CTOs) and 'Language of Style' (for Fashion Directors).
Information Architecture (The Sales Deck): I translated complex AI-driven product recommendations into clear visual metaphors, reducing the "sales-cycle" time by making the technical value proposition instantly understandable to marketing leaders.
Visual Language
I bypassed the over-saturated 'Tech Blue' palettes common in the AI sector and pivoted to a high-energy Green and Elegant Yellow. This strategic color departure was twofold: it aligned with the IEEE’s standards for 'Green AI' (sustainability) while simultaneously positioning the brand as a premium, fashion-forward disruptor rather than a generic software provider.

Website Design: A Bimodal Visual System
I engineered a visual language that balanced Editorial Design with Software Rigor.
Strategic Positioning: I moved the brand away from generic B2B tech aesthetics. By using a "Neon-Industrial" palette, we signaled high-performance AI while maintaining the elegance expected by elite retail partners.
Information Architecture (The Sales Deck): I translated complex AI-driven product recommendations into clear visual metaphors, reducing the "sales-cycle" time by making the technical value proposition instantly understandable to marketing leaders.
Impact
The visual design system focused on clarity and restraint, translating complex AI-driven capabilities into an approachable, fashion-forward experience. By balancing technological sophistication with editorial design cues, the work helped position MixoModa as a credible partner for fashion e-commerce teams rather than a generic AI solution.
As a result, the redesigned website saw a 40% increase in time spent on-site, supporting stronger engagement with retailers.
