MixoModa is a fashion-tech startup that supports online retailers by delivering personalized product recommendations through AI-driven solutions. The company operates at the intersection of fashion expertise and AI technology, serving both retail customers and internal product teams.

The challenge was to design a visual language that communicated both fashion credibility and technical sophistication, while maintaining consistency across key touchpoints including investor presentations, marketing materials, and the website.

Client Presentation Framework

I partnered closely with engineering teams to understand how the AI and NLP solutions were developed, what differentiated them, and the outcomes they delivered. I then translated this complexity into clear, client-facing presentation materials used to communicate the product’s value to e-commerce technology teams and marketing leaders.

Visual Language

My design strategy was rooted in the three core values the solution offered to customers: AI-driven image recognition, fashion styling expertise, and personalized experiences. I focused on blending clean, forward-thinking, and fashionable designs.
This approach broke away from conventional software technology design. Using green to symbolize energy-efficient AI (according to IEEE Computer Society, energy-efficient AI is green). Yellow is energetic and elegant.

The MixoModa website introduces intelligent solution for fashion e-commerce. It’s positioned as a technology-driven company that understands both advanced AI and the nuances of style.

Impact

The visual design system focused on clarity and restraint, translating complex AI-driven capabilities into an approachable, fashion-forward experience. By balancing technological sophistication with editorial design cues, the work helped position MixoModa as a credible partner for fashion e-commerce teams rather than a generic AI solution.

As a result, the redesigned website saw a 40% increase in time spent on-site, supporting stronger engagement with retailers.
